Apurv Chaurasia
DirectorMr. Apurv Chaurasia hails from the legendary house of Ganguram's, with an immense wealth of knowledge about the confectionary business as his legacy. Ganguram has been a household name for over a century and a pioneer in creating a franchise model for sweet shops.
An MBA in Marketing & Finance from IMT Nagpur, Apurv has been instrumental in helping Ganguram's manage the franchise model, modernise and expand operations.
He worked with AMUL before launching his own dairy business, and also managed operations for a major bakery chain in Kolkata — bringing his extensive knowledge of the bakery, dairy and food confectionery business to the fore.
Birendra Agarwal
DirectorMr. Birendra Agarwal graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce (Hons.) in Accountancy from Calcutta University, followed by a Bachelor's degree in Law (LL.B – Business Law) from Fakir Mohan University. He has over two decades of rich experience and expertise in business management, finance, accounts, venture projects, corporate management and organisational development.
Mr. Agarwal is also an eminent astrologer of modern times, having completed Jyotish Praveen, Jyotish Visharada and Nadi Astrology from the Indian Council of Astrological Sciences (ICAS).
He has been on the board of directors of CakeRMon since its incorporation.
